Tiếp nối thành công của các Khoa đã có các chương trình được đánh giá và đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của AUN-QA, một tiêu chuẩn quốc tế thuộc Mạng lưới các trường đại học Đông Nam Á - ASEAN University Network.
Năm 2022, Trường Đại học Công nghệ Thông tin (ĐHCNTT) vinh dự đón tiếp Đoàn chuyên gia AUN đánh giá chính thức đồng thời hai chương trình chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin và An toàn thông tin (CNTT&ATTT) thuộc hai Khoa: Khoa Khoa học và Kỹ thuật thông tin và Khoa Mạng máy tính và Truyền thông. Hoạt động đánh giá chính thức theo tiêu chuẩn AUN-QA của hai chương trình sẽ được diễn ra từ 8-12/8/2022 theo hình thức online, bao gồm các phiên làm việc chính thức của Đoàn đánh giá, phiên phỏng vấn các bên liên quan và phiên khai mạc, bế mạc.
